Rise Up Revenue Optimization’s founder Angie Dobney is a subject matter expert and thought leader who focuses on driving total resort optimization to her gaming clients in large, integrated resorts. Her two decades’ experience as a strategic partner and solution executor adds value at every level of the organizations she helps.

With leadership roles at recognizable corporations like Station Casinos and Cendyn, Angie most recently lent her vast talents as the Vice President of Revenue Management and CRM to open Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Angie is an industry leader with an extremely niche, complex expertise in revenue management, marketing, and hospitality operations. She provides hands-on optimization of total resort and resort portfolio revenue to industry-leading gaming and hospitality clients. Her knowledge of hospitality systems used throughout a resort enables her clients to achieve the highest performance goals.

She also is a guest lecturer on hotel and hospitality asset and revenue optimization at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, her alma mater where she was named Mentor of the Year in 2007. Angie was asked to teach revenue management at UNLV in the Fall 2021 as she continues her quest to inspire and motivate the next generation of revenue managers. She is also a proud 2018 graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, sits on the board for Hospitality Sales and Marketing International (HSMAI) and the Shine a Light board in Las Vegas, and holds a CRME certification.
